For more than five years, Erica has led community engagement & future visioning for Burning Man Project, designing gatherings to guide one of the world’s most ambitious cultural movements toward its next phase of evolution.
Previously, as co-founder of Liminalia, she pioneered new methods of immersive experience design for organizations like MAPS, Esalen, and Burning Man, imagining ground-breaking event formats designed to shift paradigms and catalyze transformation.
